Masters Touch got its start in 1991 when Tom and Loraine Rowles founded the Company on the basic Principles of treating people fairly and with respect, providing quality service and doing the right thing for the customer.

Over the years they built a strong reputation and customer following in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Recognizing this Quality Reputation, Jeff Sameth purchased the Company from Tom and Lorraine in January 2008. Bringing with him 25 years of management, Technical and Sales Experience.

Jeff comes from a family of highly respected Pest Management Professionals. Jeff’s Grandfather, J.E. Sameth, a pest management Hall of Famer and Past National Pest Management Association (NPMA) President, started in 1928. J.E. was followed by Jeff’s father, Richard, also a past NPMA President.

2008—2009 has been a period of change for Masters Touch, with state of the art equipment, service upgrades and new service offerings.

In January 2009, 30 year industry veteran Marc Anderson joined The Masters Touch Team as our staff Entomologist an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) through the Entomological Society of America, Marc is one of a very small handful of ACE’s in The State of Pennsylvania, and the only ACE in Chester County.

Our Technicians are second to none with over 80 years combined experience; they have the knowledge to handle any situation swiftly and effectively.

Our office staff is just that, OUR office Staff! Trained and local to serve you IN PERSON, not a voice mail system or remote call center.
