Purchasing a home is a huge investment. A wood destroying insect inspection and report, commonly called a WDIR, is a must. Having this inspection performed by someone who is trained and experienced in recognizing, and controlling wood destroying insects is critical.

Most Home Inspectors, while trained to do inspections, have little or no experience controlling wood destroying insects, that experience helps us provide an objective evaluation of the property.
